Join us for The Art of Breathing Better, a session designed to help you understand and improve how your body breathes for better focus, energy, and relaxation.
What to Bring:
✔️ A yoga mat or comfortable cushion (we’ll be sitting and lying down)
✔️ A light blanket in case you get cool during the session
✔️ An open mind—no prior experience needed!
Before You Arrive:
🚫 Avoid eating a heavy meal at least an hour before the workshop to ensure comfort during breathing exercises.
👕 Wear comfortable clothing that allows for relaxed movement and deep breathing.
This workshop will include breathing assessments, guided exercises, and practical techniques you can integrate into your daily life. Expect a relaxed and welcoming environment where you’ll leave feeling refreshed and more connected to your breath.
